Roblox Digital Card redemption keeps getting voided

Hello,

I tried redeeming a Roblox Digital Card (1000 Robux) twice using Microsoft Rewards.

Both times the order showed "Processing", but later I received the email:

"We ran into some issues with your order. As a result, your order has been voided."

My points were refunded each time.

My account has no restriction messages, and I can still redeem normally (the order just gets voided).

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a temporary issue or does Microsoft Rewards Support need to manually fix it?

Thank you.

Hello.

As I understand you are having issue with redeeming from Microsoft Rewards. Kindly note that this community is composed of fellow Microsoft users, we are not Microsoft employees and do not have access to tools or systems to review transactions or account details.

Based on the information you provided, I recommend reaching out directly to Microsoft Rewards Support, as they have the appropriate tools and resources to investigate and assist you further:

This can happen for known Microsoft Rewards redemption reasons, and it is not necessarily an account-wide restriction if points are being refunded and other redemptions still work.

The documented common causes for a Rewards order being cancelled or voided are:

    1. Redeeming in a different region than the one used to sign up.
    2. Attempting to redeem in multiple regions.
    3. Using a VPN or proxy while redeeming.
    4. Using a VoIP phone number instead of a mobile or landline number for verification.
    5. The reward being out of stock or unavailable.

Since the Roblox Digital Card processed first and was later voided twice, the most relevant self-checks are:

    1. Redeem only from the same country/region as the Microsoft account.
    2. Make sure no VPN or proxy is enabled.
    3. If phone verification is involved, use a non-VoIP mobile or landline number.
    4. Check Rewards dashboard > Redeem > Order history and confirm the final status there.
    5. If the reward keeps voiding after those checks, contact Microsoft Rewards Support because order-specific failures need investigation on the Rewards side.

A similar reported case for an invalid Roblox Rewards code was ultimately resolved when the points were refunded and a new redemption worked, which suggests some Roblox card issues can be temporary or reward-specific rather than a permanent account problem.
