I am on a MAC, version 10.15.7. I can no longer log into Word. I believe I am on a one time purchase option. I get a 0x0 error. When I try to sign into Office Support, I get this,

"Request Id: d9106a19-fc4f-4f1b-8193-183965472a00

Correlation Id: f1e61281-99dd-431f-a6aa-cd48a5b2f544

Timestamp: 2026-07-21T05:21:04Z

Message: AADSTS1002014: Unable to complete request. The request was invalid since domain_hint and opaque login_hint cannot be used together."

So what do I do?

If your version of MacOS is Catalina (10.15.7) then the error you are seeing is caused by an update on the 13th of July, many people are seeing the exact same error (0x0) if you are unable to upgrade your MacOS to a newer compatible version, your Office apps will go into Read Only mode, on the link below they provide full details on that July 13 update are provided.
