Issues with robux redemption getting rejected

I have tried to get robux on microsoft rewards after saving up points,and now its not giving me anything, I turned off all ad blockers and vpn but nothing, microsoft kept rejecting me and i have been saving points from feburary-july and this is how they treat me, i cant get any order and they keep rejecting me for no reason

    it failed like everything else, this is just for the robux and i can see it on my page, no help from microsoft at all, i dont have any vpn used when redeeming
