Outlook quarantining one specific email address

I have one specific email address for a client that seems to be quarantined by Outlook. How do I access the quarantine for a personal outlook account. I have checked and added/deleted the email address for blocked senders and mail lists on the "junk" settings on both my desktop account and web based account. I cannot receive these emails and they are important. The person must ask another sender to forward his emails to me.

This is not a feature available for personal account.

Another potential place to check is, if you have smart phone, check the phone's contacts app, make sure you don't block the contact there.

Otherwise, tell me about this sender's email address, don't tell me the full address, but the domain part, for example, is it outlook.com, or something else?

Thank you. I will chk my phone contacts also. The domain name is .red and I am sure this is the problem. This is the only contact that I have with this domain. I have not had any problems with any other address.

The senders domain is .red. I am sure this is the problem as I do not have any other contacts using this domain and I have never had this problem before. I will chk my phone contacts also, Thank you for suggestion. Yes, I figured that I could not chk the quaranite for personal account

Oh ok, so it is a custom domain address? If so, Microsoft is now requiring custom domain users to set up SPF, DMARC and DKIM records, if not compliant, their emails can be rejected by Microsoft when they send emails to outlook.com or hotmail.com users. You might want to share this with your friend and have them make sure these records are set up correctly for their domain.
