@Mentions in loop are sending me an email notification - but I can't see the mention in loop (edge browser)

I'm an Editor in a shared workspace in loop and I have created pages and shared with my team.

I receive email notifications re: mentions but when i click on the link to view the mention I see just the page in loop and no mentions visible.

I've checked the whole site and I can't see any mentions for me, although I know over 10 have been made.

Is there a setting or a way I can view my @mentions as these are crucial l to using the loop shared workspace for it's intended purpose.

Thanks

Hi Thanks for the reply - to answer your qus:

    • Does this happen with all Loop pages or only certain pages? ALL Loop pages I'm mentioned in even those I created.
    • Are the mentions located inside comments, tables, or collapsed sections? A combination of all.
    • If you open the same page in another browser or an InPrivate window, do you see the same behavior? Yes diff browsers /private windows same thing.
    • Do your teammates see the same issue when they receive @mention notifications? No they can see their names where @mentioned.
    • Could you please sign out of Microsoft Loop completely, sign back in, and confirm whether the @mentions appear? tried logging out of loop & MS 365 & still happening.

    Hi Leanne Marmara

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you're receiving email notifications for @mentions in Microsoft Loop, but when you open the link, the Loop page opens without showing the actual mention.

I tested this on my end, and the @mention was displayed correctly after I clicked the link in the email notification. I also couldn't find any setting in Microsoft Loop that controls the visibility of @mentions.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Does this happen with all Loop pages or only certain pages?
    • Are the mentions located inside comments, tables, or collapsed sections?
    • If you open the same page in another browser or an InPrivate window, do you see the same behavior?
    • Do your teammates see the same issue when they receive @mention notifications?
    • Could you please sign out of Microsoft Loop completely, sign back in, and confirm whether the @mentions appear?
