I need to restore my emails from an account I had that I ended the tenancy.

So I had GoDaddy release my tenancy to an account... and I thought I was going to still have access to all those emails... but I don't. I have since purchased a business account which I am having trouble accessing now. What's more important is restoring those emails from that account. How do I go about getting access to those emails? This was done 2 days ago.
