    Hi Peggy Jackson,

In web addresses, the domain name portion is normally case-insensitive, so browsers often display or process it in lowercase without affecting access. For example, MyWebsite.com and mywebsite.com should resolve to the same site.

To help identify the cause, could you provide:

    • Whether the capitalization is being changed in the domain name or in the page/path after the domain.
    • The specific error message you receive when the site fails to load.
    • Whether the same issue occurs in another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

If the affected portion is the path (for example, /MyFolder/MyPage), the website or server may be configured to treat uppercase and lowercase characters differently, which would be a website-side issue rather than an Edge issue.
