am fed top with Microsoft. I am trying to register my Mac and it won't accept the number although its correct

I have bought basic 365

it now asks me to register the number of my mac

I have done this

it will not accept it.

I find microsoft a complete time waster

please help me

    What error appears, and which version of macOS are you using?

    Since there was a licensing update on July 13, 2026, this could be related to your issue depending on your macOS version.
