Where are the badges locationed?

Badges are not typically viewed from the transcript itself. They are available from the Microsoft Learn profile and certification areas:

1. Go to the Learn profile page.
2. Select Credentials in the left column.
3. Check the Certifications or Applied Skills tab, depending on what was earned.
4. If the credential shows Online Verifiable, it can be shared from there.

For certification badges specifically, badges can also be accessed from the Certification Dashboard. If needed, use the badges option from there.

If the badge was earned through Microsoft Learn achievements rather than a certification, go to the Achievements section in the left column of the Learn profile.

If a certification that required multiple exams was not fully completed, the certificate would not appear until the final exam was passed.
