Hello,
I need help regarding Microsoft Founders Hub and Azure Startup Credits.
My Microsoft account is: ******@hotmail.com
Here is what happened:
- I previously activated the $200 Azure Free Trial with this account.
Later, I joined Microsoft Founders Hub and applied for the $1000 Azure Startup Credits.
I completed all the required startup information and submitted my application.
During the application process, my payment card received several $1000 authorization attempts, which were declined because there were insufficient funds.
Shortly afterward, my Azure subscription was temporarily blocked for account review. Microsoft Azure Billing Support reviewed my account and later restored it.
Azure Billing Support informed me that Microsoft for Startups benefits are managed by a different team and asked me to contact Microsoft for Startups.
Now, when I open Founders Hub, I see this message:
"You are not eligible for startup credit offers. Since you have an existing Azure subscription, you are not eligible for free credits."
I am not claiming that I already received the $1000 credits.
I simply want to understand:
Was my Microsoft Founders Hub startup credit application successfully submitted?
Was it approved, rejected, or is it still pending?
Does having an existing Azure subscription automatically make me ineligible for Microsoft for Startups credits?
Could someone from the Microsoft Founders Hub team please review my application and advise me on the correct next steps?
Thank you very much for your assistance.Hello,
