| I received an email that I need to have Security Certificate update starting July 13, 2026, otherwise I won't be able to edit my work on word, ppt, and excel. To address that, the email said that I need to update my OS system to version 12 or higher and/or update any microsoft 365 app, which I all did but still couldn't edit using word or any Microsoft 365 app. |

Hello, in order for me to determine what you need to do, I need to know your current macOS version that you upgraded to.
And for your Msft 365, did you get it from Microsoft or from Apple App store?
I updated my mac OS to Tahoe. I bought M365 from the app store. But was able to figure it out — I clicked the apple icon on the left corner then clicked activate MS365 then i was able to use all MS app. Thanks!
