Unable to install a purchased Office Home 2024 on new Macbook Air

|I have the product key for MS HOME OFFICE 2024. I have the email showing it was purchased, Uninstalled on old macbook pro. MS keeps saying you have already used this product key. It is for the same individual who purchased it. Message "You already redeemed this product key on May 18, 2025 (426 days ago)" worked on my old laptop but it broke; therefore, I need to TRANSFER it to my new macbook| | -------- | Office Home 2024

Hello

Your product key is actually a redeem code, once redeemed, it should be in your account now. To install, Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on the 9-dot icon on the upper left > More apps.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
