I upgraded my MS 365 Family account to Premium because I was told that I would get Agent Builder. I am not able to create a new agent. In the Microsoft 365 Copilot app I can: access the Agent Store use built-in agents (Researcher, Analyst, Photos Agent, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) However, I do not have any option to create an agent. There is no "New Agent", "Create Agent", "My Agents", or "+" button.

In the Microsoft 365 Copilot app I can:
