How to make my office Uni-package work on my Mac BigSur

Dear Microsoft team,

I am no more able to use my office package on my Mac BigSur version 11.7.11. Thats the last update I have and I am not able to purchase new computer. Please advice how to sort this issue.

Well both working on my phone and I tried the online for word previously on my computer it works well. For the version I currently have is Office 365 A1 Plus for faculty

At this time, Microsoft no longer provides the Office 365 A1 Plus license, as this program has been retired. Instead, Microsoft provides the Office 365 A1 license free of charge for eligible educational institutions

Regarding why you were able to use the desktop Office applications before but can no longer do so now, it is likely because your school's Office 365 A1 Plus subscription was still active at that time. Since the A1 Plus program has been retired and the subscription has expired, affected users may have been automatically transitioned to Office 365 A1. Office 365 A1 includes access to Office web applications, such as Word Online, Excel Online, and PowerPoint Online, but it does not include rights to activate the desktop Office applications.

Also since the license still running I need my desktop office applications to work, and need to know future alternatives after the license finished..

If you need alternative options in the future, you may consider the Microsoft 365 A3 plan, which includes the desktop versions of Office applications.

However, since you are using an Education account, you will need to contact your school's IT department for assistance with purchasing or assigning this license to your account.
