when I try to redeem gift cards and scan the QR code on my phone to verify my purchase; the pop up to put the code isn't there and instead it takes me to my dashboard, and I was wondering what could possibly help?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with redeeming a reward in Microsoft Rewards.

Please refer to the below for the other things that you can check for this.

Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.
From the Bing app on your phone, use it to scan the QR code and the link would be a blank page and then check if you will be able to copy the link and paste it into a inPrivate or Incognito mode browsing window and check if it would open thus enabling it to complete the verification.
