Microsoft Applied Skills: Enhance Agents with Autonomous Capabilities – Unable to Add Power Automate Flow as Tool and Outlook Connection Issue in Trigger

I am attempting the Microsoft Applied Skills: Enhance Agents with Autonomous Capabilities assessment and have encountered a couple of issues that are preventing me from completing the lab.

Issues Encountered

Issue 1: Unable to Add Power Automate Flow as a Tool

• I modified and saved the approval flow in Power Automate.
• When I try to add the flow as a tool in Copilot Studio, the flow is not available for selection or does not appear in the tool list.

Issue 2: Outlook Connection Fails While Creating Trigger

• While configuring the email-based trigger in Copilot Studio, I am prompted to connect Microsoft Outlook.
• I am using the account provided in the lab instructions.
• The Outlook connection is not being established, which prevents me from completing the trigger configuration.

Questions

1. Are there any prerequisites required for a Power Automate flow to appear as a tool in Copilot Studio?
2. Is there a known issue with Outlook connections in the Applied Skills assessment environment?
3. Are there additional permissions or configuration steps required for the Outlook connector in the lab environment?
