There are a couple of on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment after the July 13 update.

What version of Office do you have, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365 or stand-alone Office version like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

    https://account.microsoft.com

    and verify your 365 subscription. Then see:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/what-to-try-if-you-can-t-install-or-activate-office-for-mac

    For more help on this forum we need more info then doesn’t activate. What steps did you do, and what messages appeared.
