i tried to delete it, but the button is just grayed out. can somebody help me??
Which file are you trying to delete? Are you trying to delete the virtual machine? If possible, post a screenshot of the screen you're referring to.

i'm facing this issue right now: i installed a Linux Mint ISO for a VM, and after the installation was done, it started again. i cancelled it after i checked the File Explorer, which was there in Quick Access or smth like that. anyways, i couldn't find it neither in the Downloads folder (which is where i installed the ISO), nor in Oracle VirtualBox after pressing "other" and trying to find it. i tried to delete it, but the button is just grayed out. can somebody help me??
