Unable to Complete Microsoft Rewards Verification for Roblox Gift Card

Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

I am trying to redeem a Roblox Digital Gift Card using my Microsoft Rewards points, but I cannot complete the account verification process.

When I click Redeem, I am asked to verify my account through the Bing app. After scanning the QR code, the Bing app does not show the page where I should enter the six-character verification code. Instead, it opens the Bing home page or redirects me back to the sign-in process.

I have already tried the following:

• Used a Windows laptop and multiple mobile devices
• Installed and updated the Bing app
• Signed in using the same Microsoft account on all devices
• Verified my account through email
• Tried different browsers
• Scanned several newly generated QR codes
• Reinstalled the Bing app

The problem still remains, and I am unable to complete the redemption.

Please check whether there is any restriction or technical issue affecting my Microsoft Rewards account and advise how I can complete the verification and redeem the Roblox reward.
