MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.

Based on your description, this appears to be related to accessing a legacy Microsoft Certification (MCSA) record and transcript rather than a Windows Server technical issue. The Microsoft Learn community does not have access to backend certification records or the ability to retrieve or verify historical MCIDs and transcripts.
If your organization has a Microsoft Unified or Premier Support agreement, I recommend creating a support request so that the appropriate Microsoft support team can securely investigate the backend records and determine whether your legacy certification information can be associated with your current profile. This requires access to internal systems that are not available through the public forum.
For your privacy and security, I also recommend avoiding posting personal identifiers, such as MCID or MCPID numbers, in a public thread. Any verification should be performed through a secure Microsoft support channel.
