Please share the log files "Setupact.log" and "Setuperr.log" stored in the following folders.

C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther

C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback

Copy the files or folders to your desktop or another easily accessible folder and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive) and choose it to get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

Thank you for helping, It turns out a software i use was preventing windows from properly installing. After deleting it and re-attempting - the update worked, i no longer am in need of assistance. for anyone who reads this in the future, Make sure all customization software is disabled.
