Registration Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) Problem

Our Institute, as an academic subdivision of the University, is very interested in participating in the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) program. We believe that participation in this program would provide our students with valuable access to Microsoft learning resources, educational content, and technologies that would significantly enhance their education and professional development.

While attempting to register through the MSLE portal:

we encountered a problem. The registration process is blocked because verification is required to confirm that our University owns the [knu.ua] domain. Following the instructions provided in the documentation, we have made several attempts to open a support case, but unfortunately we have been unable to do so.

I would be sincerely grateful if you could assist us in resolving this issue or advise us on the appropriate steps to complete the registration process and join the Microsoft Learn for Educators program.

Furthermore, when I attempt to contact Microsoft Learn for Educators Support by opening a support case, as recommended in the documentation, I receive another error that prevents me from submitting the request.
