I have gone into my mail list and this one '<PII removed>@outlook.com' is the first one and i haven't had any contact. I try and delete - but there is no option. Can you please tell me how to get rid of this email?

You open Outlook Web https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/

Click on the "People" app

Select the contact from the list

But the Delete icon is not enabled? Or you click on Delete and nothing happens?

To determine the correct removal method, could you please confirm where the address appears?

Open People in Outlook.com and check whether it appears under Your contacts.
If it is not listed there, let me know whether it appears as a suggestion when entering an address in the To, Cc, or Bcc field, or as an email message in a mail folder.

As a precaution, you can also review your Microsoft account recent activity. If you see any sign-in or activity that you do not recognize, select Secure your account and follow the prompts.

Since you have already tried to delete the entry and no Delete option is available, please select the address and check whether it appears under Your contacts, Favorites, or another section on the People page. Also, please let me know which options appear in the toolbar after you select it.

This will help determine whether it is a saved contact or a suggested entry and identify the appropriate removal method.
