My admin has granted me license of Visio Plan 2.
However, I could not see in subscriptions and not able to download.

~ Yes, I have logged in via my work account

~ I have confirmed with internal team that admin has assigned the license and enable it

~ Please see above attached photo for subscription

I’d like to gather a few details to better understand the issue:

Are you signed in with the same work or school account that your admin assigned the Visio Plan 2 license to?
Could you ask your admin to confirm that the Visio Plan 2 license is assigned and fully enabled (not just purchased)?
Are you checking the Subscriptions page from the Microsoft 365 account portal (https://account.microsoft.com/services or https://portal.office.com/account)?
If possible, could you share a screenshot of the Subscriptions page (please remove or hide any personal information)?
Has your admin only recently assigned the license? If so, approximately how long ago was it assigned?

This information will help determine whether the issue is related to license assignment, account sign-in, or subscription provisioning.

Thank you for the screenshots and the additional information.

Based on the screenshot, I can only see Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft Power Automate Free under your subscriptions. Visio Plan 2 does not appear, even though you mentioned it was assigned 2–3 weeks ago.

Could you please ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to verify the following?

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, open Users > Active users > your account > Licenses and apps, and confirm that Visio Plan 2 is assigned to your account and that its apps/services are enabled.

Confirm that the license is assigned to the same work account that you are using to sign in.

If possible, ask the admin to share a screenshot of the Licenses and apps page for your account (please remove any personal information).

If the admin confirms that the license is correctly assigned and enabled but it still does not appear under your subscriptions, the issue may be related to license provisioning on the backend. We can then look into the next troubleshooting steps based on the admin’s confirmation.
