Welcome elnino,
I understand how frustrating it can be when you successfully installed Windows 11 ARM64 on a Snapdragon-based laptop using a custom installation method, but the touchscreen and audio are not working.
Before we continue, could you please confirm:
- Could you please share the exact laptop model?
- In Device Manager, are there any devices showing a yellow warning icon under Audio inputs and outputs, Sound, video and game controllers, or Human Interface Devices?
In the meantime, you can try these steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Step 1: Check for ARM64 driver availability
- Open Device Manager from the Start menu
- Note the names of any unknown devices or devices with warning icons
- Select Properties > Details > Hardware Ids and record the IDs
Step 2: Install Windows updates
- Open Settings > Windows Update
- Select Check for updates
- Install all available updates, including optional driver updates
Step 3: Scan for hardware changes
- Open Device Manager from the Start menu
- Select Action > Scan for hardware changes
Step 4: Review audio device status
- Open Device manager from the Start menu
- Expand Sound, video and game controllers
- Check whether any Qualcomm audio device appears
- If present, open Properties and check the device status
I hope the steps above help you deal with your issue.
