How do I change the default browser for Outlook?

All of the suggestions that I have seen said to click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner, Go to General > Files and Links. When I do that there is no Files and Links to go to. I cannot find anywhere to change the default browser from Edge, which I don't want.

To change the browser that Outlook uses when opening links, go to Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps. Search for Microsoft Edge, then change the default settings for HTTP and HTTPS file types to your preferred browser.

After making this change, Outlook should open links using your selected default browser.
