Just now I tried redeeming a reward (to be especific the robux ones), but as Im on the step of verifying my number it says there's an issue with my account or order.

Can someone help me why I can't seem to redeem it? I believe I have done nothing wrong against the rules.

This error during phone verification is commonly caused by one of these Microsoft Rewards conditions:

    1. Incorrect verification code Make sure the code sent to the phone matches exactly. If there were too many failed verification attempts, redemption is blocked for 48 hours before trying again.
    2. Phone number already used on too many Rewards accounts A single phone number can be associated with up to 6 Microsoft Rewards accounts per household. If that limit was reached, a different phone number is required.
    3. VoIP number is being used Microsoft Rewards requires a mobile phone or landline for redemption. VoIP numbers are not allowed.
    4. Region or travel mismatch Rewards points must be redeemed in the same region as the Microsoft account. Redemption can fail while traveling or if a VPN/proxy is making the location appear different.
    5. Reward unavailable or order cancelled Rewards orders can also fail if the item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable.

    Recommended checks:

    1. Retry the phone verification carefully and confirm the code is correct.
    2. If there were repeated failed attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.
    3. Use a non-VoIP mobile or landline number.
    4. Turn off any VPN or proxy and redeem only from the account’s home region.
    5. Check whether the Robux reward is still available on the Redeem page.
    6. Check the order status in the Rewards dashboard: sign in, select Redeem, then Order history, and review the Status field.
    7. If the order failed or was voided and the issue continues after the checks above, contact Microsoft Rewards Support through the support form.

If the problem is specifically at the phone verification step, the most likely causes are the 48-hour verification lockout, using a VoIP number, or a phone number already used across too many Rewards accounts.
