Office not activated

Cannot sign into Office programs as of today although my subscription is active. Error code 0x0. I use macOS and softwares updated.

I solved the problem by deleting office app and then installing through App Store. thank you

    Thank you for that information, there is no problem indicated with your MacOS version, the 0x0 error is most likely caused by the July 13th update that is explained on this link.

    Since there is no problem indicated with your MacOS version of the Office licence, the best option is to completely uninstall the Office apps from your Mac, then follow the steps at this link to remove the Office license.

    Then, restart your Mac and sign in to your Microsoft account online ( https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ) to reinstall the Office apps.

    There are a couple of on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment.

    If you seeing an 0x0 error in the Office apps, at the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

    2

    What version of Office do you have, is that a Microsoft 365 subscription, or a standalone version like Office 2019, 2021, or 2024.
