- In the Azure portal, select the account menu at the top right and confirm the correct Azure directory is selected. If available, use Switch directory and choose the correct directory.
- If the correct directory is already selected and the portal still shows No subscriptions found, this can occur when the account has no subscription provisioned or lacks sufficient permissions.
- For Azure for Students, if academic verification succeeded but the subscription was not created, or if the academic email now shows "already been used for verification this year", the supported next step is to contact Microsoft support for review and reset/provisioning assistance.
- If portal-based support is available, create a support request here: create a support request.
- If the subscription was accidentally canceled, Microsoft support can reactivate it. If the credit expired after 12 months, continuing requires upgrading to pay-as-you-go through Azure support.
