Azure for Students verification successful but no subscription created

Hello,

I applied for Azure for Students using my Microsoft account ******@gmail.com.

I verified my academic email ******@vitstudent.ac.in through Microsoft Academic Verification. The verification completed successfully, and I received the confirmation email.

However, when I sign in to the Azure portal, I see "No subscriptions". There are also no additional directories available.

If I try to activate Azure for Students again, it asks me to verify my academic email, but the Academic Verification service says:

"Your email account has already been used for verification this year."

Could you please check whether my academic verification is linked to my Microsoft account and help provision or restore my Azure for Students subscription? If no subscription was created, please reset my academic verification so I can activate the offer again.

Thank you.

    1. In the Azure portal, select the account menu at the top right and confirm the correct Azure directory is selected. If available, use Switch directory and choose the correct directory.
    2. If the correct directory is already selected and the portal still shows No subscriptions found, this can occur when the account has no subscription provisioned or lacks sufficient permissions.
    3. For Azure for Students, if academic verification succeeded but the subscription was not created, or if the academic email now shows "already been used for verification this year", the supported next step is to contact Microsoft support for review and reset/provisioning assistance.
    4. If portal-based support is available, create a support request here: create a support request.
    5. If the subscription was accidentally canceled, Microsoft support can reactivate it. If the credit expired after 12 months, continuing requires upgrading to pay-as-you-go through Azure support.
