Hello! I attended the Microsoft Virtual Training Day for Azure Fundamentals on June 20th, but I haven't received the 50% off voucher. I tried to schedule the exam on Pearson and no discount is applying, and I don't see any email with a code either. I've already been in contact with Microsoft and gave all the relevant details. They said it should automatically be applied on Pearson, but it never happened, no matter how many times I tried.

    Hi,

    Right after the Virtual Training Day was finished, did you get "Thank You For Attending" email congratulating you for completing your training and saying you are eligible for 50% discount? I think of this automated email as a confirmation that the event system registered that you attended and thus are entitled to discount.

    You said you were in touch with Microsoft already, are you saying you already created Credentials support case? And if yes, were they able to verify on the backend that exam discount is associated with your email address? If no, please create Microsoft Credentials support case:

    When the process is working properly, you register for the exam using account with same email address you used to register for MVTD event, you go through registration steps and when you get to Cart page, scroll down and the discount should automatically show, similar to below:
