I am unable to access my Personal Vault on OneDrive

I can log into OneDrive and access my files without difficulty, but when I try and unlock my Personal Vault, I'm getting the following message: "Please try again or refresh the page. unlock required. Correlation ID: cd6f27a2-006d-2001-66b0-f7c0c6992f83"

I also note that I am unable to access "View my Account" - I get a blank screen. However, I can access my Personal Vault using exactly the same passkey from my phone...

I am using macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 and Safari Version 26.5.2 (21624.2.5.11.8). I have also tried using Chrome Version 150.0.7871.115 (Official Build) (arm64).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Andrew.

    Hi Andrew,

I can understand the frustration caused by the issue. I think this is some ongoing issue with Vault on Web, as several reports are seen by me lately:
