Not sure why I keep getting this error message on my subscription for PowerPoint ONLY. I have a MacBook Air and WORD and EXCEL are both activated but PowerPoint keeps giving me an error message. My subscription does not expire until October - and I have had it for MANY years. There is no support number to call - so frustrating. Help?

Tahoe 26.5.2 is supported. But it does appear a lot of users are reporting the same issue due to the change effective yesterday for the MacOS 12 and under.
Can you follow the instruction here to fully remove the Office and then reinstall, see if it helps.
Is there any reason you already marked that it didn't resolve your issue before I had the chance to gather the necessary information? Let me know if I miss anything?

If not, Microsoft does have Office accessibility support, but it is Monday to Friday 5am to 9pm PST, Sat - Sun 6am - 5pm PST. Use this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/accessibility/disability-answer-desk Scroll down to close to the bottom to find an option that works for you. It should be under "Windows and Office accessibility support"
