Not sure why I keep getting this error message on my subscription for PowerPoint ONLY. I have a MacBook Air and WORD and EXCEL are both activated but PowerPoint keeps giving me an error message. My subscription does not expire until October - and I have had it for MANY years. There is no support number to call - so frustrating. Help?

I have low vision and wasn't sure what to click. I'm very sorry. Due to my disability, I call a support number to help me resolve issues like this. As a person with a disability, I am very frustrated with MS right now. Thank you for trying to help.
