How to switch profiles in powerpoint and sign-in under my 365 subscription

I am unable to use Powerpoint as part of my 365 subscription today. It is signed in to a defunct email address - not sure why or how this happened since it was working on Saturday. But now I can only view files - and when I click box to switch accounts a blank box comes up. I use a McAir.

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. Have you tried the following steps?

    1. Open the app and use the menu bar: App name menu > Sign Out.

    Restart your Mac.

    Open Excel again and sign in with the account you want to use.
