    Hello Honor HHHH,

Greetings! Thanks for raising this question in Q&A forum.

The most likely reason is that the AI voiceover is generated inside the editor but not actually included in the final export this usually happens due to audio track selection or export/render settings in the video tool.

    Please try the below steps:

    1. Make sure the AI voiceover track is added to the timeline (not just previewed).
    2. Check if the audio track is muted or volume is set to 0 in the editor.
    3. While exporting, look for an option like “Include audio” or “Export with sound” and ensure it is enabled.
    4. Try exporting in a different format (MP4 with AAC audio is recommended) to rule out codec issues.
    5. Preview the full video inside the app (not just the voice clip) before exporting—this confirms it is actually part of the project.
    6. If possible, export only the audio separately first to confirm the TTS file is generated correctly.

If the voice works in preview but still disappears only after export, this is likely a tool-specific rendering issue with the app (like Windows Movie Maker Pro), and the next step would be to contact the app’s support team, as this behavior usually requires a fix from the application side rather than a user setting.
