Hi Support team,
I successfully passed my Developing AI Cloud Solutions on Azure exam on July 13, 2026.
While my Microsoft Learn profile shows the certification as Active, the "View certification details" button fails to load the certificate. Additionally, when I attempt to use the "View details on provider site" link, it routes me back to the exam registration page instead of my Pearson VUE dashboard.
Could you please manually trigger a profile sync on your backend so I can access and download my actual certificate? Thank you!
