My pc keep going to lock screen when innactive even I setting to never.

So let me explain how this happen.
At first my pc didn't having this problem at all but last week I got "Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" 2 times, after this happen my pc keep sending me to lock screen after I innactive about 15 mins (even I still open some program), after this happen I check all my setting and it still the same as before.

So I want to disable this feature, is there anyway I can do?

Can you go to your Windows Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School (note, it is the briefcase icon, not the little person icon). Then see if the organization email address is still listed? If so, click on it and then disconnect it. Restart the computer and test.

if that still doesn’t work tell me if you have Windows home or pro.
