I have 2017 retina 4K 21.5 inch imac. Currently updated to MACOSX Sonoma. How can I install and use microsoft 365 apps? Latest package installer refused to install

I'm a registered microsoft 365 subscriber and having been using apps for years. They just stopped working and system won't allow me to activate. I uninstalled apps and an trying to reinstall

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with regards to Microsoft 365 apps on your iMac.

    May I check and confirm if there is a specific error being shown when you are trying to use any of the Microsoft 365 app/s like Excel, Word or Powerpoint?

    Also, you may check and confirm that your account still has an active subscription by going at account.microsoft.com/services and login from there.
