How to install the boot folder and its contents if a malicious app deleted the folder and its contents

If a malicious app deleted the boot folder, or the contents became corrupted due to unexpected and catastrophic power being turned off for the whole area, during a download, how can the necessary contents be recreated and re-installed on the computer device, so that Windows 11 will start up again correctly? Stop code: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B)

Boot your PC into BIOS.

IN the system configuration tab, do you see your internal drive?

Go to the Boot Priority section, do you see 'Windows Boot Manager' listed there, and if so, is it set as the primary boot device?

Are you able to access the recovery environment using these steps.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Details: System Restore failed to extract the file (C:\Windows\Boot\DVD\PCA\boot.sdl) from the retore point. An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x8800701b1). You can try System Restore again and select a different restore point. Repeated and Laptop started Windows 11. Thanks.
