We are looking to get remote access to a windows 11 LTSC device, it is running in KIOSK mode. We need to check if Intune remote help can provide unattended access to such a device without the sharer/user having to exchange security codes

Yep - you'd need to enable the "Allow unattended access" feature within the Remote Help settings in the Microsoft Intune admin center. No—Remote Help does not currently provide unattended access to a Windows 11 LTSC kiosk.

On Windows, the supported Remote Help modes are view-only, full control, and elevation, with a user participating in the session. The unattended mode in Microsoft’s current documentation applies to supported Samsung and Zebra Android Enterprise dedicated devices.

So enabling Remote Help for the tenant will not turn a Windows kiosk into an unattended endpoint. If unattended Windows access is a hard requirement, you will need a different supported remote-management tool or an operational process where someone at the device starts and accepts the Remote Help session.

Also check licensing separately: Microsoft requires Remote Help entitlement for both the helper and the sharer. A feature being visible in the tenant is not proof that both sides are licensed.
