GPU is running at x8 instead x16 Please help

First of all, I apologize if my English is weak, but i hope if someone can really do help me
I bought a new computer and everything was fine, but suddenly I started to feel a slowdown in game performance.
When I checked the graphics card on the GPU Z, I saw what is shown in the picture.

I remember seeing it as x16 in the BIOS before games became slower, but suddenly it became x8.
i have ASUS B760 R D4 and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400F
I only have 1 GPU and 1 NVME.
I took the NVME out and booted the PC with just the GPU. In the BIOS it still said x8
Bios Firamware is updated
and windows powerplan is on Highpreformance
please someone help me

Hi,

Regarding the RTX 5060, that is correct; it is designed to run best on PCIe 5.0 x8.

It can operate at PCIe 4.0 x16 or PCIe 5.0 x8.

So, the interface rate is correct.

Did you make any other BIOS settings changes?
