Hello, I created a diagram drawing of our Bay and would like to print it out and show only 1 Page in a 8.5 x 11 inch page, but it is showing this long page. How do I do this? I've already chosen "Design" and chosen the "Page" size but is still not working. Help!

    Dear Lisa,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum. I understand that you are having an unexpected issue with Visio where your diagram is printing across multiple pages instead of fitting onto a single 8.5 x 11 inch page. As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your file or delve into the backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. Unfortunately, my role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions for you to implement on your side.

I tried to replicate your issue on my end, but Visio appears to behave normally, so to help narrow this down, could you please share a few more details:

    1. Which version of Visio are you using (e.g., Visio Plan 1, Plan 2, Visio 2021, Visio 2024, or Visio for the web)?
    2. Under Design > Size, what page size and orientation are currently selected? And under Design > Auto Size, is it enabled or disabled?
    3. When you go to File > Print > Preview, how many pages does it show, and how is the drawing laid out across them?
    4. What is the actual size of your Bay diagram on the canvas (approximate width x height in inches)? You can check this via Design > Size > Fit to Drawing to see the current dimensions.
    5. Have you tried File > Print > Print Settings and select Print current page? Does that change the preview?
    6. A screenshot of the Print Preview and the Design tab settings would also be very helpful (Please remember to mask or obscure any sensitive or personal information before sharing.)

Once I have a clearer picture, I can provide more targeted guidance or direct you to the appropriate support channel. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to your reply.
