App updates are unused

I remade this post since I still don't have an answer for my other post.

I have 7 versions of my application, ranging from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.7.0. The problem is, every time I install the application, it uses version 1.0.0.0. I've already tried wsreset.exe, different account, different device and countless things with no avail.

I've also tried forcing updates, but this doesn't do anything. I had the auto updater working before, between version 1.0.0.0-1.0.3.0, but after that, it didn't update anymore. So I tried to reinstall, and it reverted to 1.0.0.0, even tho 1.0.3.0 was a working version.

Version 1.0.0.0 doesn't launch, and I fixed this in later versions (I assume 1.0.3.0).

I've checked my code, but it doesn't contain anything causing this issue. The new applications also upload to the Partner Center properly, with the version of the application displayed correctly.

It doesn't make any sense, and I can't figure it out. Can anyone help me?
