Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to link my corporate account to my Microsoft Learn profile.

Corporate Account: [xxx]@ad.infosys.com

Personal Account: [xxx]@gmail.com

When I attempt to add/link my corporate account to my existing personal Microsoft Learn profile, I receive the following error:

"You can only have one personal account linked. [xxx]@ad.infosys.com is a personal account. Please select a school or work account."

My understanding is that [xxx]@ad.infosys.com is my corporate (work) account; however, Microsoft Learn appears to have registered or classified it as a personal account, which is preventing me from linking it correctly.

Could you please help investigate and correct the account classification so that I can successfully link my corporate account to my Microsoft Learn profile?

For security and privacy reasons, I can provide the exact email addresses and any additional details directly to a verified Microsoft administrator or support representative handling this case.

Thank you for your assistance.
