Based on the current behavior of Microsoft Teams, the message "Your response was sent to the app" is a built-in system notification generated by Teams when a user submits information through an Adaptive Card. At this time, this behavior is considered by design, and there is currently no supported option to customize the text of this message or disable it. Since the notification is controlled by the Teams client itself rather than the Adaptive Card, it is not configurable through card settings or app configuration.
