How to launch microsoft office outlook 2007

I have a disk to install office enterprise 2007 but it doesn't work with outlook 2007 as the system asks me "windows installer" that it doesn't find on my computer. I've tried to telecharge some items but it doesn't work. It has always worked up to now even when I had to re-install word, excell and outlook. The problem only occurs with outlook. Do you see a solution ? Thanks beforehand.

1 -- Only with the Outlook install? Other Office 2007 apps install OK?

2 -- Can you paste a screen shot of the "windows installer" error and describe at what point in the install process you see it?

3 -- These instructions are for Home & Student 2007, but should be similar to what you need to do. Where does this not work for you? Or it does work, but not for Outlook?
