    Hi Pang

According to my research based on the messages shown, the issue appears while Excel is attempting to connect to the SharePoint data source. The screenshots reference Microsoft sign-in pages and authentication-related URLs, which may indicate a problem with the authentication process or stored credentials used for the SharePoint connection

    You can try the following:

    • In Excel, go to Data > Get Data > Data Source Settings.
    • Select the SharePoint connection and choose Clear Permissions.
    • Close Excel completely.
    • Open Excel again and sign in with the Microsoft 365 work account that has access to the SharePoint site.
    • Try refreshing the queries again.

If the issue persists, could you please share some information:

    • Which version of Excel is being used (File > Account > About Excel)?
    • Does the issue affect only one user, or all users who refresh this workbook?
    • Can the affected account access the source SharePoint site directly in a web browser?
    • Did the issue start after a password change, MFA change, Conditional Access policy change, or Office update?

I hope this information helps and look forward to your response!
