Outlook mailbox shows 0/0 GB despite Microsoft 365 subscription

Hello,

I have an active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription valid until July 2027.

My OneDrive storage is working correctly and shows 1 TB available. However, my Outlook.com mailbox still shows 0/0 GB storage, and I cannot send or receive emails because Outlook reports that the mailbox is full.

I have already contacted Microsoft Support through live chat. The support agent confirmed the issue but redirected me to Outlook support, where I could not reach a human agent. I was sent in circles without any resolution.

This appears to be a provisioning or backend issue where the Outlook mailbox quota has not been assigned to my Microsoft 365 subscription.

Could a Microsoft moderator or engineer please escalate this case to the Outlook backend/provisioning team and refresh or reassign my mailbox storage quota?

Thank you.
