Azure Startup free credits suddenly dissapeared

Hello!
On our Azure account, we had 1000 USD as Azure credits for Startups who just suddenly disappeared.
The expiration date of the Azure Credits were on 30 August 2026. Today is July 12.
Today, when we opened the website, the expiration date was moved to "today" and marked as expired.
We got the credits on 6/1/2026, so, the expiration was on 8/30/2026
We only used near 670 USD, so there should still be some 330 USD remaining.
Where is the correct place to ask about support with this matter?

I have raised a support ticket. -

you can raise a ticket by clicking on the '?' on top-right of the Azure portal page which will open support and troubleshooting.

I tried support options but kep getting redirected to FAQs. I also reachout on X, they said they will reach out, lets see if something happens.

- either 1000 USD has been consumed before completing the business verification
- or the business verification has not been completed within 90 days of joining the program
