I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft HoloLens 2. The display turns off for around 20 seconds and then turns back on automatically. This happens repeatedly, so the device is not functioning continuously. I also notice random green lines appearing on the display. I have already restarted the device, but the issue still persists. Could you please let me know the possible cause of this issue and suggest the recommended troubleshooting steps?
